"I attended Transpersonal Coaching sessions with Mulika for 7 sessions. Although I had attended some Yoga and Meditation classes sporadically over the last few years, as well as spending a period of a year partaking in conventional Psychotherapy, I really wasn't sure what to expect from the coaching sessions. Although a bit nervous starting the sessions, Mulika's presence was calm and reassuring, allowing me to relax into each session with ease. She worked in an intuitive way and showed knowledge of Somatic Awareness, recommending me exercises to practice when I mentioned having back pain which I felt were affecting my ability to focus in a session. These exercises were both helpful in reducing the aches and pains, as well as effective in allowing me to be more connected with the present rather than allow myself to become distracted by my physical aches and pains, as a means of avoiding the challenges of coaching”

“It really is a wonderful gift to have found Mulika and her incredibly affirming and healing Zen yoga class, which offers so much more than I had grown used to with a former teacher. Mulika is highly person centred and makes suggestions in a very skilful reflective manner,positively reinforcing individualised modifications while her recipients are at varying points on this journey of discovery. She has the ability to read the room and support an inward-turning, as well as to bring both Yin and Yang, changing up energy flow sensitively and effectively, and modelling and explaining clearly and engagingly. The powerful use of breathing as a lubricant to greater personalised stretches, static and dynamic sequences of movement and meditation, is complemented by the uplifting use of her own made essential oils and head and neck massage and shoulder presses, if opted for, after relaxation, when the work is done. No digitally generated prayer bowl chimes here; only the authentic and transforming. An uplifting, heartwarming, empowering experience which I am so benefitting from receiving, at such a superb price. This life is a far better place with Mulika’s gift in it. I came out of the session, feeling appeased, hopeful..and most importantly remembering... remembering this ultimate non-dual reality. The classes are gentle and slow paced, encouraging the connection between breath control and postures.
