what is psychoanalytic psychotherapy and how can it help you?
life can be full of difficulties, and at times each one of us is obliged to live in unacceptable conditions that are sometimes unbearable and overwhelming.
psychoanalytic psychotherapy provides a space to speak about what is currently unsaid and to hear it in a new way that can impact what one does next.
each person's distress has its own particular tone and content. the emphasis in this space is on listening to those that come seeking help, rather than advising or instructing. it is a generous space you can think deeply in; to consider your reality, come upon your own language and choose a way. if suffering is lessened in this space, it is as a result of coming upon the freedom to to hear yourself.
psychoanalytic psychotherapy is not a simple curative, it offers a challenging, yet rewarding, invitation to become known to yourself in remarkable ways.
